If you're concerned that rainy weather means that Ernie Smith and Elizabeth Perrone dog parks are closed, you can check with the Regional Parks Ranger—call 707-539-8092, from 8:30 to 5:00. Ernie Smith is the first park to close due to drainage issues. Sometimes, the ranger will re-open Elizabeth Perrone dog park in the afternoon after an overnight downpour.
